What Got Me Motivated
Weight challenges became an issue as I reached my late twenties. Career-driven became synonymous to long hours at the office, fast food/junk food/no food, and a gym membership never used... I started to notice a difference when I was having difficulties getting my pants over my hips and fastened, or my shirts to cover my stomach. Even worse, I couldn't get through the day without my 10, 12, and 3 o'clock soda fix.
I knew that something had to change, but I didn’t know where to start… going to the gym was overwhelming and I could always think of an excuse to put it off until tomorrow.
I decided that I needed help, someone that would be there through the process, someone
who motivated me and helped me reach my goals . I enlisted the help of a certified personal trainer who stuck with me through it all.
Why I Want To Help Others
I'm passionate about helping our clients to experience what I did: increase their
fitness endurance, improve their health, increase their life span and reach
their weight loss goals.
I'm a competitor by nature, and performing has been exhilarating to me, so
now I have my sights on becoming America's Next Fitness Competitor.
I'm currently training for my first amateur fitness
competition scheduled for late this year.
